The Long Table Farm Conference Experience reimagines the traditional conference day by replacing the scheduled lunch break with an evolving all-day dining experience that moves with your agenda.
Instead of stopping for a set meal, delegates enjoy continuous access to an abundant grazing table from 10:30am to 3:30pm, allowing everyone to eat when it suits them. Your schedule comes first, there are no fixed meal sittings, no waiting for food, and no interruptions to your meeting.
Whether your session runs overtime, finishes early, or your team takes an extra break, exceptional food is always available. It's a more relaxed, collaborative way to conference, where great food becomes part of the conversation and your team can eat, connect, and work at their own pace.

Dining is a highlight of any stay, with our new Long Table Farm Restaurant offering multiple menu styles and locations, from casual poolside gatherings to elevated paddock-to-plate dining, every menu celebrates connection, flavour, and the freshest seasonal produce.

On-site. Our grounds boast a wide range of activities. On-site at Wisemans you can enjoy our 25m saltwater swimming pool, play tennis in our well positioned tennis courts, enjoy a game of beach volleyball, or in our games room with pool tables and darts, or a wind-down by our fire pits after a day exploring the Hawkesbury River.
Team Building. We have over 45 acres of grasslands to utilise, making it the perfect location for outdoor team experiences with our team engagement partners in the region.

Consisting of 54 well appointed and rooms with King or Queen size beds. The Retreat at Wisemans rooms are available as twin or single share occupancy and can accommodate up to 110 guests.
