We held an executive leadership workshop with the Retreat last year, and then found ourselves coming back again this year. The Retreat provides the perfect location for our program retreats – an escape from the hustle and bustle of city and work life without being too far for our delegates to travel. The conference space is light and airy, the food is always wonderful and plentiful, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff are great to work with and I cannot compliment them enough. I would like to pass on some positive feedback regarding my dealings with Tracey Scott over the past few months with respect to organising our Church Camp.
I initially emailed The Retreat at Wiseman’s Ferry in February and within a day, I heard back from Tracey. She asked a series of questions so she could properly provide a quote. Tracey took the time and patiently spent several minutes with me over the phone and on email, efficiently and competently going through all our possible options, suggesting the best feasible outcome without running the risk of being financially penalized. After Tracey had understood exactly what our budget was and what we were after, we recapped together everything I had asked, where Tracey took the initiative by taking the time to go through each of the steps she had undertaken in order to meet my expectations.
Even though I off handedly mentioned to Tracey that I was impressed with her level of professionalism, and appreciated very much her practical and rational suggestions, all of which were to our benefit, I felt it was still not enough and thought I needed to relay this directly to her Manager.
I am hoping you will be able to pass this feedback on to Tracey’s superior so she can get recognized for her outstanding customer service! It’s people like Tracey that set the benchmark, and clients like us who really appreciate this level of exemplary service. She is a model for all employees to aspire to and that was why it was so easy for me to convince the rest of the committee to go ahead with booking The Retreat at Wiseman’s for our Church Camp.
